This is a first time experience for me. I chose the most affordable package. Everything went even smoother than expected. When I completed and paid for the cremation package they took it from there, and have been keeping me updated on everything they do. So, no worries, no stress, they take care of it all.

My love one passed and my family and I didn't know what funeral home we was going to go with so we found Kramer Funeral Homes and Cremation. The hospital called them and they where there to pick up my love one. Kramer Funeral kept a very open line of Communcation from beginning to the end of picking up my love ones ashes. I will be contacting them in the future and I will pass there information on to others. Thank you Kramer

Compassionate and Caring... however had a little issue trying to enter everything into my phone. There was no submit button on the demographic page. Also, WAY TOO MANY automated texts.
