what i expect from a company is dependability. Thats what i get out of KV Supply. keep up the good work.

Ordering meds through KV is beyond cumbersome, but the worst part is that they don't communicate during the process so you never know if the RX has been received; my order showed shipped even though they had no RX. It took me two phone calls and one trip to my vet to get the RX which then could not be faxed to KV, but had to be sent by regular mail. An email I sent to KV asking why they had a fax number listed is still unanswered. The products are good, the phone customer service is good, but they are seriously lacking in the technology department. This is definetly my last order with them.

The customer service team at KV Supply was very helpful in obtaining the prescription from my vet. They reached out directly without me needing to request them to when I asked if they had received it yet.

I thought I was happy with 1800 pet meds until I came to my senses and price matched a very expensive medication that my dog needs every month. I was very pleased to find that kv supply had the medication at a very reasonable price. They have gained a new customer!

We have found that KV Supply not only does a great job, but their prices are so much lower than buying prescriptions through the vet! Fast, accurate service and low prices will keep me coming back.

Good variety but shipping can be pricy

I knew the product was out of stock when I ordered. Website said it would be in stock and ship on Oct 1. I have rec'd no update on order status, shipping details,etc. Only a request to rate KV Supply. I understand with ordering on line things happen but wish the company updated their customoers who have place an order. Proabably the rating notice is an auto generated request. Would make sense the company would at least make srue the customer rec'd the product or updates before requesting a rating. Still waiting for the product and unhappy.
