My initial order was a little tricky because I wasn't sure how to get my prescription to them, but they were helpful when I called and the medicine arrived quickly.

I attempted 5x to use onine order system but it failed so had to call. Took my order and payment system on phone order. They had to call my vet...have heard nothing since...no updates. No oder....poor customer service all around it has been 2 weeks!
