Takes a few weeks to begin to show relief and whilst it has not cured my back it has helped me a lot. I will continue to use it every day, Better than having to go to visit a Physio every week!

I purchased my kyrobak in July 2015. Initially i used it 3 times per day, it took about 3 weeks for my condition to start to improve, after about 4 week i started to get like butterfly and tingling feelings in my pelvis and down my legs when using the kyrobak, i am convinced this was trapped nerves been released. Since this time my condition has just continued to improve. Previously i had constant pain in my hips and back pain. My movements were restricted because my pain was so severe, i could barely walk for 5 mins, i was unable to get in and out of the bath and i had stopped most forms of exercise, other than general daily living. So now i use my kyrobak generally once per day, sometimes twice if i get twinges higher up in my back and i feel achy. I have reduced all my medications although i do still take medication as my condition was chronic. I can walk for about 40 mins to a hour. I have recently managed to get in and out of the bath. I can now bend to put my socks on. I really worry now that if my kyrobak broke how would i manage. I would highly recommend the kyrobak.
