Thank you for your feedback, Terence. In looking into your order, it was placed on 09/23/2021 at 10:42PM and was shipped promptly on 9/24. Our preferred carrier shipping information was noted prior to checkout and on your receipt with the following information "Preferred Carrier (3-5 Business Days)" Your package arrived on 9/30 at 3pm which was the 4th business day, but we do understand that with a weekend in between waiting on breast pump parts can be difficult! I am sending you a coupon code to your email for free standard shipping on your next order. In reference to the cost, UPS charges for a 1lb minimum so light items are unfortunately not charged less and the cost quoted includes a small handling fee to be moved up in the shipping que. We appreciate your business and your patience!

Thank you for your feedback, Tamara. Unfortunately since we are in Texas, your package was stalled due to the UPS overload during the aftermath of the unprecedented winter storms in February 2021. Although UPS does not guarantee deliveries affected by weather, we refunded you $27 promptly as you said. We do again apologize for the delay as it was beyond our control.

You are correct that these bras were marked final sale at $9.99 during the pandemic and we are not accepting returns for the health and safety of our customers and employees. Sizing can be very subjective however, so we do want to help you. If you would like to join us in donating to a local pregnancy center, please reply to your order confirmation with the donation receipt and we will refund 50% of the price of the donated bras. Thank you for your review. We have not had this type of issue with these genuine Spectra flanges in the past. Is it possible that the issue could be with a pink colored sterilizer bag or another item that was being sterilized simultanously? The good news is that if the issue is with the Spectra flanges, Lactation Connection and Spectra Baby USA value your business and offers genuine parts with manufacturer's warranty coverage on Spectra breast pumps and accessories. Since the package showed delivered, our suggestion to contact your local USPS was to coordinate with your mail carrier and locate the package quicker than we could re-ship; but as always if the package is not located, you will not have to buy the products again as we will re-ship. Even though we shipped the items promptly, it sound like the box was damaged and delayed in transit. So glad the packaging inside was sealed and intact and you now have your items.
