The top zipper pouch is broken. I can’t find the receipt, because I’d like to return it

First I am going to say I like their products, but their returns policy SUCKS! I got a good coupon so I bought a couple articles of clothing. all was well until after Christmas when found out the size was wrong. So I went through the process of getting a return. I was informed I would need to pay money for the return shipping etc. ok fine. When the return came through they said I know owed a bunch more money. What! I just wanted an exchange. I was very careful to return it all in very good shape so it could easily be re-saleable. When they calculated the return they essentially sold me new stuff at regular price and then added taxes for the new order and gave me a credit for the return. I was able to get a refund for he order but not the original shipping. Please be aware of what return polices are when you order. This is not cool.

There were issues with the shipping time frame. I paid for expedient shipping and it was not honoured. I was refunded only after I raised the issue. Belinda was very helpful.

Shirts are great. Stop shopping with FedEx. Want able to track my order.

After washing my pants for the second time a hole in the material developed. I contacted customer service by email and it took a few days to get a response. The response email asked for a photo of the damaged material. I sent the photo a few days ago and have not heard back from LA Police Gear yet.

Website showed 8 in stock, so I ordered 8. Then only 2 were delivered and was told others on backorder.

LA Police Gear is generally an upstanding company, but LOTS of the things on sale are in sizes that onky fit the obese or small children. Secondly, they continue to use FedEx for shipping. My current order was placed 17 days ago. While LAPG did ship the order in 48 hours, they're only 400 miles away. My order went past me a day later then 150 miles north where its been sitting "In Transit" (according to tracking) for the last 13 days. After I receive this order I doubt I'll be ordering from LAPG again due to who they use for shipping. Out of the last 5 orders I've placed with them, 1 was shipped with UPS and was on time. Nearly all the rest that I've made in the past were shipped via FedEx.

I had items in my cart, & entered the 10% off 1st order discount coupon they sent me day b4. As soon as I did that, my price INCREASED by $5 per pair of pants. I used the help button & asked what happened. I finally got a reply & they asked me to send a screen shot of my cart. I did & now they say that “It is only allowing you one sale price. Not the sale price and the coupon.” This is not honest. I did not complete the order. I will spend my money elsewhere.
