The button already popped off of the pants. Took it to a seamstress to have it reattached. Other than that the pants are fine

Part of the order came really fast the other part took a few days, really good quality pants however some of them did not fit my body type the way I wanted. When I went request a refund online it said I was out of the return/refund window had to call customer service was very nice and helpful

I ended up having to return the shoes since the eye pulled out on the first lace up. Other than that the whole purchase and return process went fine.

Shoes were good, the pants did not fit, ran small.

i was upset because my son didn't get his christmas gift on time. It was me who had to call to follow up with my lost order. If I had never called, it would still be lost. we do have it now

I bought two different sets of pants and one fit very well ans comfortably the other did not ans i wanted to exchange a pair but will just tolerate it because i dont want to spend on shipping and return fee.

Great Customer Service, always good products, but normal delivery timeline is confusing. It may be in the small print, but I missed it. I ordered a week ago, and nothing has happened, nor did anyone offer to get to the bottom of my question.
