Easy experience

I booked a nonstop flight and paid everything in full. Then, I get an email saying I could not get on the flight that I paid $1300 for and had to settle for a flight that only cost $600. Not to mention now I have the cost of baggage. If y’all cannot guarantee a flight for as much as y'all charge, the business shouldn’t even be in operation. Now my daughter’s birthday trip plans have to change. Very disappointed.

Resolved my issue quickly

So far so good. Can only compare our purchase to the one we made on prepay travel. Booked with them initially but our flight changed times outrageously the day after we booked and we got a full refund. No such issue with laytrip so far.

I was skeptical at first but so far its been an easy and straightforward process. It really does help to be able to pay for my flights in installments.

This company seems to be a scam. I wouldn't recommend using them. They make the flight booking process seem easy and offer a 24-hour cancellation window, but when you do cancel within that timeframe, they say it takes up to 10 business days to process the refund. It has been more than 10 days, and I still haven't received my refund. Now, I can't even get in touch with anyone as it has been 20 business days since I canceled, and they seem to have ghosted me. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
