Excellent product/garbage bolts
Excellent product, accurately described, I won’t hesitate to recommend, and I will buy again. However, the one disappointing feature is cheap silver bolts when they should have been black bolts and better quality! The heads certainly shouldn’t so easily snap off! And, you even mentioning it, is Indicative of the fact that you are aware of the problem and chose not to fix it. My suggestion to buyers …. buy your own bolts!

The shelves are not the same size
The shelves are not the same size. One of the brackets for hanging is off center. Don’t know if that will be a problem when hanging. After discussing the issue with them, they are sending us new ones. Thank you

Nice shelves, required slight bracket modification
Easy ordering, quick shipping and nice looking 40" shelves. Issue was the brackets did not line up 32" where the studs were and I had to modify (unscrew and slide the brackets over) the brackets to have them land where the studs were at 32".
Response from Legacyhandcraft· Jun 13, 2024
I'm glad you were able to make those modifications to fit your stud placement, Thomas. If you ever need anything in the future, we do offer custom rout locations to accommodate all stud placements!

I believe that your company has a great product
I believe that your company has a beautiful solid product but upon arrival there was a gorge on one of my new shelves. I wrote an email but didn’t get a response. But I do love the quality of my shelves. Thank you Olga Lincoln

Shelves are great 5/5...hardware :(
Shelves are great 5/5. Mounting hard was was unsatisfactory for a 36" hardwood shelf. Option to purchase upgraded hardware package would be nice.
