Sari was very helpful and quick. My requests were complex but she was able to handle these effortlessly and navigate me through the different options available.

Djanna was patient and helpful. She responded to my concerns and helped me get the answers and service I needed and got my already delayed order expedited. She did an excellent job in helping me out.

I have ordered three times from Lens Direct. As with anything you order online, sometimes things or issues come up. I had to call on two of my orders, both times their Customer Service was exceptional. They clarified or resolved the matter before I even hung up the call. I am now awaiting the new pair I just ordered. The two prior orders were perfect, I have no reason to expect otherwise this time.

Nyah was really helpful in accessing my account and quickly resolved the issue.
