I received exactly what I ordered by telephone since I wanted Varilux lenses, and your Lens factory site does not mention Varilux. The only complaint would be I wished they would get back to me quicker, however, even if ordered by Retail outlets you still wait 7-10 business days.

First time ordering prescription lens and was little worried. No need! Lenses perfect. Staff helpful, kind and courteous. Price better than brick and mortar store.

This is the second pair of glasses they have repaired for me. The experience was fantastic. Initially I needed factory assistance, and they were very responsive. You do have to be a little patient for them to get back with you, but it was same day. After that, selection, order entry, payment, etc was quick and painless. They clean up your glasses, install lenses, and even replaced the nose pads. They ship them in a nice new case. And you get them in roughly a week. They are great to do business!
