Good products. Takes a long time to fill order

4 stars - decent quality lenses overall, shipping was a bit slower than expected but the product itself held up well. Customer service responded within a day when I had a question about my order. Not perfect but I'd order again.

Fast service quality lenses great communication

Great price on replacing the lenses of my favorite Airlock frames. They made it easy with the option of paying $10 for a shipping kit. I only gave 4 stars because it took a little longer to get my glasses back than I expected. I will definitely use LensFactory again.

The time it took you to make the lenses was annoyingly long. Other than that I'm happy with them.

My lenses are great, can see out of them well. I didn't do 5 stars because my frames are so stretched out, they won't stay on. Now I have to find an optical shop to adjust them and probably pay for the service.
