I just received my drill mount glasses with the new progressive lenses yesterday. They look and work great, like new. However, I gave a 4 rating because it took 3 1/2 weeks to get them back instead of the 7 to 9 business days that they indicated.

Thanks for the review! Usually with glass orders we specify 30 days of turnaround time from the time we get your frames to the time we can ship them back to you. Glass is difficult to make perfect - so it may take a few runs through to get them exact. However, I am able to see that we got your frames in on 4/21 and they were delivered back to you on 5/13 - exceeding our estimated timeline by about a week! In the future, plastic and poly material can be returned to you alot faster, if you're unable to wait the time it takes for glass.

LensFactory admitted their mistake and refunded the full amount immediately. I will use them in the future. You did not do as I asked. I sent my old frames and lens, and new frames. I specifically requested you make the new lens the same size as my old lens, which were taller in height than the clear non-prescription lens that were in the new frames. You matched the lens size to the smaller, non-prescription lens, not to the taller lens in my old glasses. I wish to return and get this done right or get a complete refund.

The service was excellent! The only issue was rhat the lenses had to be re-done because the bifocal was to high. This was corrected and now the lenses are perfect!

I'm so glad we were able to make perfect lenses for you. Our apologies on the segment height - we use a standard that fits most people. If you're willing to give us another shot in the future - we can pull your previous info for your new lenses.

I would have given 5 stars if the lenses were darker. There were only 2 choices for sunglasses. Brown or grey. I chose brown and they are not dark enough. Other than that they are great.

Service is excellent, BUT You sent it to Canada by UPS. UPS has blackmailed me into paying Cdn$80 (say US$60). Delivery said it was customs duty. That's a lie. $10 is taxes, the rest is UPS so called brokerage. Suggest you use US/Cda Post in future. In fact I would instruct that when I next order from you.
