Melody was beyond helpful
Melody was beyond helpful, incredibly nice and very patient with all my questions. The process via the app and trying to speak to a provider had been extremely difficult but Melody truly made me feel better about potentially signing up for a membership.

unable to obtain refill
I turned to Life MD after my insurance would no longer cover weight loss medicine. It started off good however when it was time for a refill it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I made several requests to change it and each time I was told it was being corrected. After over 3 weeks, it still has not been done and I have had to go over a month without my medicine. This is after I had started seeing weight loss results. This process has been very frustrating especially since this is a paid service.

Wonderful experience
Dejah was such a pleasure to talk to. She was very knowledgeable of the offered programs and medications. She explained things seamlessly and was helpful in my decision to start the process. A true gem!
