I was unaware that there was a $387.00 charge every 3 months when not using this service. There was no way to get a refund so I cancelled the subscription. I should have canceled sooner unfortunately I didn’t know until my husband was balancing the checking account. Expensive lesson. Do not use them until you know all the charges and recurring charges.
