Dajha got me off guard today when she contacted me to help me with my issue, I assumed I would have to play message tag a couple more days and ultimately eat the cost because I didn’t pay attention to the details of the plan. She was incredibly friendly and understood my hardship and why I needed to postpone my treatment for awhile and issued me a refund and paused everything for two more months. The real xtra was she offered to call me a week before that second month was up to see where I was and if I need to pause a little longer or start treatment again I was floored by the the whole process and how friendly and understanding she was. Grade A professional service and that’s hard to find in this day and age. I’m grateful and appreciative for her help solving this.

I have had difficulty communicating on the app. If I send a message their is always an answer, and then the order goes thru. I should not be missing an entire 3 weeks because there seems to be no automated system for tracking. Issues are: Progress Tracker has always been 3/5. Nothing seems to be updating on the app. When I get an email about renewing, it says if you do nothing your prescription will be updated. NOT TRUE. The management of the prescription should not be STRESSFUL. I should not be missing a monthly prescription. PERIOD. If a customer is paying on time and in good faith trusting their health with a online company, it should be customer friendly. Thank you!

Prompt refund provided once it was determined that I did not qualify for the treatment. Customer service was very easy to deal with. The appointment with the provider was on time and thorough. Provider answered all questions.

I got to work with Kaylan regarding a refund. There were some misunderstandings when I signed up. She was so pleasant and courteous. I am hoping to work with LifeMD again.

I have been frustrated in having to have monthly appointments, when it was not required of me for the first 6 months. . . But nonetheless it is extremely easy to schedule an appointment, typically in less than 24 hours. Providers are prompt at appointment times, and stick to truly applicable questions and recommendations for my specific needs. We refocus each encounter on what my long term goals are, and what steps I need to take to accomplish them.
