I loved the ladys sense of humor & My daughter has griped @ me to get one as I am 76. She explained everything so good & I felt I could trust her. She is awesome!!!

Customer service reps are always kind, patient and trying to be helpful. Some are better informed about available products, are able to answer questions and understand what the customer is requesting to suit their needs

Everything appears to be ok, but the set up manual needs to be re-written to reflect a change in setup procedures. I've worn this unit for about a week not knowing it wasn't activated yet until I received a call from customer service
