This was my second call to your company today. The first time I hung up after 10 minutes, even though an announcement said I would receive a discount for waiting. At the second time, Abdul answered immediately and answered all my questions in a personal and complete manner.

I was impressed with the way the caller explained everything so I could understand and she also has a great personality, which put me at ease. She also helped to get me a rate that I could afford. She keeps in touch to see if I have any questions that weren't answered during the initial experience.

The agent is spoke with was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns explained the the differences between the watch and the necklace as far as the charging of the devices.
