My first order was cancelled which I was unaware of until I called the customer service number to see why it was taking so long to receive my medical alert system. Jay who was so kind and helpful was able to see that I had placed an order & that my payment was made but the order was cancelled. She place a new order and I had to pay again. She did let me know that I would receive a refund.

I never receive the package. I call your company and the rep told me my information was not on your system. The funds were deducted from my account. Since your company didn’t have my information I reported the money taken from my account with the bank. The rep kept asking me my personal information over and over repeatedly. I got a bit suspicious.
