Barry Scott showed us all about the stair lift and had me try it out at the office. Barry follow us to my house ,took measurements and we talk about the lift. Told me I would be getting a call and got invite 30 mins. Had appt.to install on Wed. Brandon was very professional and polite. He cleaned up when he was finish and then went over everything I need to know about the starlift. Thanks Brandon

We purchased a new lift on December 23 of last year for our elderly mother. Recently, we began experiencing problems with the lift. We noticed it was not working last week and attempted to call to have someone come out and inspect it. We understand the holiday timing, but even after that, we tried several times to schedule an appointment and were unable to reach anyone. However, when we called as if we were a new customer interested in purchasing a lift, someone answered immediately. To make a long story short, this company is very responsive during the sales process but becomes unhelpful once an issue arises. When we finally did receive assistance, the appointment scheduled was an entire week out—despite us explaining that our mother is elderly and her bedroom is upstairs.
