Joshua was so warm , friendly, and patient when I asked him many questions.

The installer was friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. We are enjoying the use of the chair lift and are pleased that we trusted Lifeway Mobility for the installation.

I am overjoyed with LifeWay Mobility. Everything part of my experience has been above and beyond. Communication has been fantastic. Cost is well worth it. Installation was quick and professional. There is absolutely nothing bad or less than 5 stars for LifeWay Mobility. You cannot go wrong by choosing them.

Technician had the chair working in 5 minutes time. Very skilled and professional. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the scheduling of service being 3 days after I called. Wish they could have shown up sooner.

Lifeway Mobility has been a pleasure to work with from the start. The reps on the phone were courteous and compassionate. The salesperson Matt was friendly and helpful when he arrived at my house. He explained my options and kept in contact with me via email until we were ready for the install. Joe Jr. was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable when installing the chair. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend them.

The people who work there made my experience GREAT!! We went to the show room and everyone was very helpful with no waiting. The sales person was on time at our home and made the process simple and not pushy. Joe Sr. did our install. He was Wonderful, Kind, Soft spoken, Very Experienced, Spent as much time as we needed to learn how to use the lift and a delight to work with! He was also sympathetic about the 3 upcoming surgeries I need to have. I asked him if he likes his job and he said: I love my job! What other job can you have that makes people happy and comfortable everyday! He is real gem!!

Nice Unit,, but not as described by the sales. The chair does not swivel 90 degrees as explained . It is powered Replacement of defective parts takes too long

I was very impressed with the knowledge the installer had of the product! He was very nice and shared everything! The 1st install date was rescheduled to a month later! Then there was no communication! (Not good!) I made all the calls to insure this woul happen. Meanwhile, Affrim was pushing to get payment. (No product, No pay!) I am considered behind in payments. Installers were excellent!
