The company has been very responsive to my issue with a majorly damaged shipping carton and light fixture. It's their manufacturer who sent the item with a small piece of styrofoam and a flimsy box.

I was a little hesitant to buy because ofvthe reviews online. I called the company and asked how things worked and talked about some of the issues I read about online. I was comfortable and order over $6000 for our new home. Everything came on time or earlier than expected. The company even worked with me on the priced when I called. I would buy from them again and would highly recommend.

The light products I bought were very adequate. Colorful. However I only needed one of three and it is taking a long time to get a response on how to return the other two. I think we have it solved now. However I will have to pay freight to return.
