item said "in stock" however
item said "in stock" however, it was not and will not be for a month. They did not tell me until I emailed to ask where item was. They charged me in advance for the item even though I am still waiting.

Very good experience
I received my light fixture in a timely mainner, the price is very reasonable and the light looks really nice. The only issue I have found is that the globes are very difficult to get on and off when needing to change a lightbulb.

Nice people but not very professional experience
I called about 5 times, never getting an answer immediately then having to resort to the online chat which also usually no one answered until 5 minutes later apologizing that they didn’t “hear the notification”. Package took several weeks to ship which isn’t the end of the world but i constantly had to call for updates. The people i talked to were always polite but the communication chain was quite poor.
