Overall is very good
Overall is very good. It's 4+ but not 5 yet as the microphone on the bus did not work due to incompatible hardware on the bus. The microphone is very important for a group travel to communicate well to all passengers. I did call one day in advance and was confirmed it's ready and working. Not sure what happened in the last minute to? Thanks.

Sacramento to Reno
We needed to get from Sacramento to Reno. I found the company thru Google. The process was flawless and easy, the price incredibly reasonable. The driver picked us up on time in an immaculate new Mercedes SUV. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.
