Bad just plain bad. Stay away from these guys if you can. All the sellers on there offer junk advertised as great product. Liquidation dot com will make you jump through immediate hoops and keep jumping to fix any issues. if they fix them. it is the sellers they take care of not the buyers. strange since it's the sellers who always rip people off and liquidation knows and allows it. you have been warned!

Rip offs!
Received my box today and it was filled with unless junk. Received a lot of repeat items and out dated make up that I had to throw away. Don’t waste your money, complete rip offs!

No different than Craigslist
I am a seller on Liquidation.com and I feel they are the same as Craigslist-- maybe the buyer will show up and pay, maybe they won't.
I have now "sold" 10 auctions over the past 4 or 5 months. But of those 10 transactions, six have been cancelled by Liquidation.com because the buyer decided not to pay.
I know that buyers need to add a payment method before they bid. But after they bid (and outbid other legitimate buyers), the winning bidder can say "never mind... I don't want to pay after all". Liquidation then cancels the auction and everyone loses.
There is no recourse for sellers and no punishment on buyers. Liquidation will not give the seller any details, and they won't approach the other legitimate bidders.
Essentially it's Craigslist with shipping. The only reason I gave a second star is that if a buyer actually pays, all I need to do is have the boxes ready for UPS to pick up; and I get paid 7-10 days later. (They give time for shipping; and time for the buyer to "validate" the shipment before they send me $$$.)

surplusandreturns and liquidation.com should be ashamed!
**Very Disappointing — Mostly Clothing Returns**
My experience was very similar to what other buyers have described. I purchased a 40-package mystery lot advertised as “Lost Mail, Undelivered Post, Wholesale Packages.” Based on the description, I understood that this was a gamble and that there were no guarantees about what I would receive. However, the listing suggested there could be a mix of clothing, electronics, jewelry, toys, household goods, and other merchandise.
I wasn't expecting 40 valuable items or to make a huge profit. I simply expected some variety and the fun of opening different mystery packages.
Instead, nearly everything I received was clothing, and much of it appeared to be customer returns. There was very little variety, and several items were the same or very similar types of clothing. It definitely did not feel like opening a assortment of lost or undelivered mail packages.
Once you add the winning bid, buyer's premium, shipping, and taxes, this becomes an expensive lesson.
Yes, the listing states that returns may be included and that contents aren't guaranteed, but I think buyers should understand what they may actually receive. Based on my experience, “Lost Mail/Undelivered Post” can mean a box overwhelmingly filled with clothing returns rather than the varied assortment of mystery packages the description may lead you to expect.
I knew I was taking a chance when I purchased it, but I still expected a reasonable mix of merchandise. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed and would not purchase another mystery lot from Liquidation.com.

Very disappointed — 40 “mystery” packages were almost entirely clothing returns
I purchased a 40-package mystery lot advertised as “Lost Mail, Undelivered Post, Wholesale Packages.” The listing described the packages as including unmanifested, unopened general merchandise returns as well as undelivered, unclaimed, or lost mail. It also specifically said the lot could contain a variety of merchandise including clothing, jewelry, electronics, toys, household items and designer-brand items.
I understood that this was a mystery purchase and that the contents weren't guaranteed. I wasn't expecting every package to contain something valuable. I was expecting the 40 packages to have some reasonable variety.
Unfortunately, when I opened my shipment, almost everything was clothing, and much of it appeared to be customer returns. There was very little variety, with multiple items being the same or very similar types of clothing.
The experience was nothing like what I expected from a 40-package lost/undelivered mail mystery lot. After paying $168.88 for the winning bid, plus the 11% buyer's premium, shipping and tax, I was extremely disappointed with what I received.
I realize the listing does mention returns and says the contents aren't guaranteed. However, prospective buyers should be aware that “Lost Mail/Undelivered Post” does not necessarily mean you're receiving a fun assortment of unopened lost packages. My experience was overwhelmingly clothing returns with very little variety.
I would not purchase another mystery box from Liquidation.com.

Please Avoid
Shipping manifests lack sufficient detail and are highly misleading. Shipping charges are unpredictable and unreasonably high. You are likely to wind up with a box of unusable junk. It’s not a legitimate source for liquidated goods.
