I ordered the Shadow and Bone set and it did not at all dissapoint! The shipping time was delayed and delayed, but the books are worth it. Only issue I had was that I pre-ordered the box, and I did not receive the pre-order bonuses. A print and the key. I contacted customer support and they were able to send me the key for free. No print, but I'm happy with the key.

I really like the harry potter themed subscriptions. I've collected most of them now and enjoy the creative items I receive and as a huge HP fan I'm rarely disappointed. The only criticism I have is as I'm UK based so the delivery and tax equal the same cost of the subscription box. So $54 becomes $110 which is quite a jump. And they can be quite flexible on there delivery times, I've received a few of my subscription a month or so after they where due and they reason is always the same that a product for it hasn't been received yet. Which I'm not unhappy to wait for but they don't offer anything for the delays like and free item in the box or a voucher to use towards another item. Other than that though I've been happy with this company.
