Took much longer then what it…
Took much longer then what it originally said to ship resulting in my package arriving 3 days after the expected date

We do apologize for the late delivery. According to tracking, you will be receiving your package on Tuesday. This is only 1 day past our 1-3 business day offer. We do also state in multiple places on our site that the 1-3 day offer is not guaranteed due to stock issues at your closest warehouse. Latest experience with LL Medico
Shipping was expensive and shipping through USPS took longer than I expected. I was surprised and a little disappointed with this, though I have been happy with LL Medico in the past. However, I have not had to order in some time...

A few things went wrong with this…
A few things went wrong with this particular order First, I ordered on a Wednesday and then started getting conflicting emails regarding the expected delivery. I could dig those out but I think you were likely copied on them. Your site says delivery should take one to three days when it actually took five days for the first box and six for the second. I had to do some scrambling to find supplies at a local pharmacy to tide me over until the delivery. One email said the shipment was misdirected to a facility in Wisconsin and would not arrive until the following Wednesday. Was very happy when the packages finally arrived so that I had a reliable supply. I've always appreciated Better Dry and Crinklez products being reasonably priced and good quality. However, the first diaper ended up splitting in the middle and a few others i had trouble with the tapes sticking properly. Made it through the first package with five diapers having tape sticking problems. Hoping the rest work well. I love to support smaller, independent companies like your and fully intend to continue ordering from you. I just want you to be aware of these three issues Anyhow, best to all of you!

Easy navigation and ordering but….
Easy navigation of web site. Some products frequently out of stock. Ordering was easy. It is not fast shipping, site states 1 - 3 business days took 7 business days overall it took 9 days. To compare to when I order from chewy, I receive my orders in 1 - 2 days and the shipping is free. Yes the shipping was free from LL Medico but not fast and could leave you without having product and going to the local store. ☹️☹️

Hello and I'm sorry to hear about your negative shipping experience with us. The product you ordered is only shipped from certain warehouses and we mention this on the product page for these products. Usually, these are shipped from our Philadelphia warehouse to you but since one of the products you ordered was out of stock in that warehouse, these were shipped from Nevada. This caused the longer than usual ship time. I do apologize for that and I hope we can deliver better with your next order. Company have sent the wrong item on my…
Company have sent the wrong item on my last two orders. On notifying the company then they informed me the item was discontinued and would no longer be available. Sent me a link and it is still available there. This is very misleading, do you have the product or not diapers 4/5xl overnight red& blue pack.

Hi Jacqueline. We did not send the wrong product. Tranquility has updated the packaging for the 4XL/5XL briefs. According to their website, they now feature Air-Plus 100% breathable technology and they have a re-shaped absorbent core, along with the new packaging. I didn’t like the multiple packages…
I didn’t like the multiple packages when placing my order. luckily the case arrived before everything else but that was a main factor for this review along with the crinklez tabs ripped on my twice from a brand new pack and unfortunately had to be discarded as i didn’t have anything available to help me fix it. also i qualified for the 1-3 day shipping but only 1 of 3 items arrived within 1-3 days :/

We state in many places on our site that we ship from different locations depending on the product. You placed your order on Thursday and you received part of your order the next day, Friday. The rest of your order should arrive within the 1-3 business day time frame. Thanks for the review.

Good products, hit or miss shipping
Good products, friendly staff but hit or miss on shipping. In prior orders they used fed -ex and usually received order in 2-3 days no problem.This time around they decided to use US postal service.. USPS doesn’t update tracking still shows in PA and they keep changing delivery date. For some people these are time sensitive items. If I’d known they were shipping on snail mail I’d have ordered earlier than I did.

Thank you for your review, Mike. While we wish we could always ship via FedEx, in order to keep the cost of these products where they are, we need to ship the cheapest way possible. For smaller packages and shorter distances, that's usually USPS. Unfortunately, their service has been lackluster lately. Hopefully that changes in the near future. Thanks.
