great Customer service!

The quality of Look Optic glasses is what caused me to order 2 more pairs all in different colours of course. I scratched my first glasses recently just in time to see that they offer some of their glasses in .25 more in certain frames. I definitely plan to take advantage of that. Thank you Look Optic for listening to your customers!

I love that these have a retro style. They are very sturdy and well worth the price. Nothing like the drug store glasses you can pick up. Definitely worth the price.

I absolutely love the Look Optic progressive glasses. I had to return the ones I initially purchased because I didn’t like the color. I asked for an exchange. I received an answer almost immediately. They provide great customer service. I highly recommend their glasses. So if you’re debating, go ahead and try them. Couldn’t ask for better customer service either.

The choices of eyewear are great, and the clarity and precision of the lenses is excellent. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. I’ve had opportunity to use the service representatives who are well-informed, quick to respond and see that you’re satisfied. I would definitely purchase again!

I wish I had tried Look Optic progressives before buying contacts and my new prescription glasses. I find the transition lenses “smoother” than the ones in my expensive prescription silhouette frames and my contacts dry out my eyes. I’ve been suggesting these to my friends and relatives as a stylish, high quality, less expensive alternative. I was easily able to swap out my glasses to stronger magnification, and change out styles that didn’t quite fit my face with the help of Andy in Customer Service - Thank you, again. I love my Look Optics progressives!

Une of the nose pads fell off muse pair. When I enquired if the company could sell me new pads, they, instead, shipped a new pair of lenses to me overnight. Impressive customer service. The glasses are chick and high quality. I always receive complements when I wear them

Great customer service. I ran into a shipping issue and they addressed it right away. Progressives work great. Had no issues getting used to them. Saved me the hassle of getting a prescription.
