Got great service from Kelsie to resolve my issue

I paid for the domain renewal on 3rd April, on 29th April my domain was taken down and I keep hearing for 4 days that they are in the renewal process and no ETA given or details on why service was down though it was paid a month in advance. It is terrible to be in this state as a customer as my business is impacted by this issue!

Always provide proper solution and hear the problem from clients and doing the needful professionally. Thank you for your amazing services:)

I've been with this company for about three years, and I haven't had any issues with them. I'm always informed well in advance of scheduled maintenance and given step-by-step instructions on how to handle technical changes and billing, among other things.

This company is one of the best hosting firms I've worked with in the Last 10 years. Their 24/7 chat service is exceptional and their people are amazingly knowledgeable. if you are lucky to meet Christopher or Gregory or any of their guys you are assured of a solution at all costs.

m2host tech support is normally pretty good, but gregory anderson is super a1 at explaining how to fix issues with website back end settings.
