When the ornament arrived it was not what I expected. I expected 3 D it was flat and you hardly read the personalization on it. It barely arrived in time for Christmas. Very disappointed

Picture did not represent the item I received. Horrible! Will never order again ever. Don’t be fooled, you’ll only be dissapointed.

My 4 year old granddaughter loves her personalized Grinch rug. It’s been put in the hallway by her bedroom door. It did take a bit of time to arrive. Did not realize it was coming from a foreign country when I placed the order. Thankfully, it arrived on Christmas Eve.

I ordered Christmas ornaments for my daughter and 2 nieces on Thanksgiving weekend. It is now January 5th and they still haven't been received .I am very disappointed. They have been in a warehouse since the week before Christmas and have sat there since.

I ordered; Shimmering Fairytail Couple Acrylic Light It's a flat piece of plastic with a printed-out decal, with a string of lights glued inside. It looks nothing like what they advertised!

My experience seems the same as others. For the price I was expecting to get what I saw. A 3d ornament, but it was not. It was flat. Nice still though. Very overpriced for a flat ornament. I did receive it before Christmas, but was worried I wouldn't as there was no update unless I asked.

Definitely not what I was expecting. When I saw the pictures of what I was ordering, I expected the custom pillow/military stuffed animal to actually be more cut out or three-dimensional instead of just a printed on pillow blob.

The football fan round floor rug was the perfect gift for my brother He absolutely loved it. The rug was actually bigger than i expected, Which was even better. Delivery was okay , not too long of a wait. My brother likes the rug so much .. he won’t even put in it on the floor . 😳😁
