the order took 3 months to arrived, the bear came in very poor condition, and when contacted they told me i have to pay a fee... ridiculous

What a great purchase!! Looks exactly like picture and came exactly as described! Preferably I wish the label didn't say "wedding, anniversary... Etc) but that is only a small flaw. Definitely would purchase again!

Thank you Madeofrose. Exactly what I ordered. I got it as a gift for my mum and she loves it. It arrived in perfect condition and works great, no problems. I have a cat so the tape on it that holds the glass to the bottom is still in use and holds up great!

Rose in glass looked absolutely beautiful. You definitely got your money’s worth. The product was a present for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. Shipping was not very fast, but i understand Pandemic issues.

Bear came damaged and did not receive LED box I paid for. Bear was wrapped in plastic!

I ordered my Wife and Daughters gift on the 5th of December 2020 and it's January 7th and only received my Daughters necklace. The Galaxy Rose I order and necklace I haven't been able to track, It's idle in the same place. On the tracking page. Again I received my daughters necklace but my wife's gift is still MIA. I don't think ordering from this company is worth the worry or trouble. I was not impressed by necklace or packaging. I fear my wife gift will not be as beautiful as the advertisement made it out to be.

I am in Love Just beautiful very detailed w/ the foam roses & the red heart inside the bear arms... Shipping can be faster, but i think it is understandable during this hard time.

Unsatisfied Customer!!!! My man ordered the bear and LED box and I never received the box. They've been giving me the run around about the box. They gave me the wrong tracking number. I called their number and it doesn't work! This company is suspect!
