Very nice rose bear. Quality is very good. USPS was having a hard time finding the address. They called and made sure it got to my wife in time for our anniversary. Great customer service and friendly staff. Will buy again

The tracking is garbage im still yet to receive my item its been almost a month and the customer service number doesnt work

I ordered a rose three weeks ago the tracking is horrible!! And contact number is a non working number! And no one will return my emails about my order!

So cute bear and galaxy rose in glass dome! Ordered for my mom birthday. She was so happy with this gift. Shipping time can be faster, but order arrives in two weeks. Flowers are like a foam material and looks really nice in person. Definitely satisfiesd with this company service!

Took a month for me to finally receive my item. Not only was the tracking TERRIBLE but the product arrived damaged and in bad condition. The support team was responsive up until the point I asked for a refund and where to return the product.
