MAINGEARReviews of maingear.com

Outstanding experience with MAINGEAR from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, the custom gaming PC build quality is excellent, and the system arrived looking clean, professionally assembled, and ready to perform. The system is top level; I could not be more satisfied!! Everything from the cable management to the premium components shows real attention to detail, and the performance has been fast, stable, and exactly what I hoped for in a high-end desktop computer. The customer support team was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made the whole experience feel personal and reliable. I would highly recommend MAINGEAR to anyone looking for a custom PC, gaming computer, workstation, or performance desktop backed by great service and expert craftsmanship.

Shipping was super fast and the packaging was more than sufficient. Setting everything up was a breeze and customer service was quick to respond and incredibly helpful when I had a follow-up question. I've been very impressed with the quality of the computer so far and have not run into any issues. I would definitely recommend MAINGEAR for a pre-build!

Decent, but a dead stick of ram. Also on 96gb of ram the speed was incorrectly provisioned (too high for an amd chip) causing a 4hr headache trying to fix myself. Now i have 48gb and a ram stick next to my desk. Otherwise, decent. Certainly was not tested by maingear, didnt even start / post half the time.

I placed an order for a msi MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36 through this website. Most other locations have it listed at $899.99-949.99, but they had it listed for $1099.99 on their site. I took the concession of the price because many other locations were sold out. The order was placed and confirmed by the 7th. On the 11th, I received an email that they actually didn't have the monitor in stock and would not likely have it to ship until the end of June. I expressed my frustration at them taking the money without confirming stock and mentioned that the inflated cost was first perceived as being them placing a premium on having stock, which I was begrudgingly okay with. They were very unhelpful and basically hyped up the fact that they were offering a refund as if it was anything other than the legal requirement for not being able to provide the item they sold in a timely manner. I asked them if they would provide anything else as a form of restitution for the opportunity cost of tying up over a thousand dollars and they again just repeated they'd be refunding the order promptly. Insane level of apathy to have as a company that proports itself as being customer centered. Edit: The reply is full of lies. I have an email received on the 8th that CLEARLY states the order was processed and placed in the shipment queue. If you don't have people working on the weekends, that's totally fine. Just don't confirm an order by system if you require a person is there to manually review. After you found out you didn't have the item, you also didn't immediately refund me. You offered me the option to wait until the end of June for this item's shipment. I prompted the refund and expressed my frustration. There was no real attempt to make up for poor business practices and the offer of the refund did not address that I missed out on a sale that could have happened with another retailer because I stopped actively looking. The reply is more of the same, low accountability and tons of excuses.

I purchased the MG-1 to upgrade an old setup and I could not be happier. The computer runs amazing for gaming, streaming, and work. I did have a few issues setting up 2 other devices to the set up but the customer service was great and was able to walk me through fixing everything. I will be getting my other computer setup upgraded with Maingear for sure.

I sent the sales team an email and a call before I pulled the trigger on purchasing my new PC. They were extremely helpful while helping me navigate what my options were for payment. They were quick to get answers for me whenever I had questions even after the new PC arrived. 10/10 customer service 10/10 build quality on the new preconfigured computer.

I’ve purchased multiple systems from MAINGEAR, and they have consistently provided a great experience. Shipping has always been fast, packaging has been excellent, and their team replies to emails promptly. Their customer service is truly best in class, and as long as they continue to operate this way, they’ll keep my business.

Great company with terrific service! I ordered a Chenbro case from their Outlet section and couldn't be more pleased with it.
