Scam
Scam - another one of those companies that puts a silent regular monthly debit through and hopes you don't notice it. Unethical and probably illegal, but they obviously don't care about that. I'm guessing that 98% of their revenue is scam revenue. Screwed me out of £90, but I'll put in some effort to recover this. The banks should do more with this kind of BS.

Paid 99p for a limited *5 DAY PASS* you think that would mean 5 days but no they will charge you 29.99 as it’s not actually a 5 DAY PASS. Had to order a new debit card as Monzo declined the payment for suspicious behaviour. Avoid

Used the service for the free trial
Used the service for the free trial. Translation was 95% correct. I was unaware of a pending payment following the trial and requested a refund. My refund was quickly processed and any other payments cancelled. Very good customer service. Paul
