I would give 0 if I could
I would give 0 if I could. I've just received email from my PayPal about my 29.99 payment to them when I have never used them! When I looked into it further I found ive been charged since March and twice ie 2x 29.99 in both April and May. I HAVE NEVER USED THESE PEOPLE ....I DONT KNOW THE QEBSITE AT ALL AND WOULD NEVER AGREE TO SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT! I CANT AFFORD THAT!!!! When I emailed them all they say they will refund is the last month!!!! How is this right?! Don't go near them!!!

There was an issue with a charge and it was resolved quickly. The website claimed someone would get back to me within an hour and that's exactly what happened. Thank you very much!

Great Service
I needed help quickly today to convert a photo to the correct format and makemepdf were there for me. I knew this would be a one off and so requested to unsubscribe - this request was respected and acted upon immediately. I am grateful for this and totally recommend the quality and customer service of this organisation.

The site is a complete scam
The site is a complete scam. I paid £0.99 for a translation and their charge my card £29.99 without my consent and without any sort of agreement. Reach them, they are pretending the refund is being processed for the past 4 weeks, nothing happened. The people responsible for this website should be criminally charged for their conduct. It is a shame that even when you go for Barclays they cannot provide customer support. Shame, shame, shame.
