Quick and trustworthy

Great customer service and quick response.

I had a very quick a useful at the first contact with Lisa

After trying hard to reduce photo file sizes to complete a newsletter in Word, and then convert it to a PDF file, the result was a file size that was too large for numerous members' inboxes. Being able to easily compress the file, yet retain the quality, was a godsend! I had gone to another company but they didn't have PAYPAL as a means of being able to pay. But Makemepdf had PayPal available, so that made paying easier and more secure. Very happy with the result!

I made a purchase which subscribed me to a monthly fee. I sent an email to request a refund of the subscription. Lisa responded within an hour confirming the cancellation of my subscription and refund of the £29.99. An honest response and refund was made to which I couldn't be happier. It's a simple process to complete. Trust worthy online company
