A complete rip-off. As soon as you have a problem or want to return the item, they simply ignore you. I returned the item and haven’t received any response for four weeks.

Ordered the self inflating baby float, and the website says it arrives within 3-9 business days. After two days the tracking stopped for the order and had to contact customer service. They told me it was on the way but the tracking did not update. Part of the package arrived after 11 business days, and part did not arrive. When I contacted customer service they told me their tracking info showed that both arrived, also that the first package arrived one day earlier, which was not correct. Would not order again.

Item never arrived due to their shipping address mistake. Have been waiting two weeks for my refund. Would never order from this company again.

Terrible customer service and shipping issues. I received half my order, yet they charged me for a full order. I have email them on 2 occasions and never heard back. Although they have an attractive product, I wouldn't recommend nor buy from them again. If I don't hear from them after my 2nd request, I am planning on a charge back. Stay away from this company.

Ordered in December 2025, received email in January asking me to confirm shipping address and that I was the one who ordered. Which I replied and confirmed the same day. Email contained their order number. My credit card was billed in January as well. It’s March and I am being told that order number and my name is not in their system. Sent them their email and my credit card bill showing charge. I have since sent several emails and no one will respond to them.

I placed Order MBD-2523746 with Mambobaby Direct on 8 December 2025. Order confirmation was received the same day. Despite this, the parcel was never delivered within a reasonable timeframe. On 12 January 2026, after more than a month with no delivery, I emailed support requesting urgent feedback. I received a response on 21 January 2026 stating there were “logistical issues” and that I should wait 30 days from shipment. They offered a 30% discount code for future purchases. The parcel still did not arrive. On 2 February 2026, I sent a second email demanding urgent action and confirmation of delivery. No response was received. On 9 February 2026, after 63 days, I formally requested a refund. Again, no response. Tracking information showed repeated transit updates but no successful delivery. Eventually, it reflected “arrived at overseas pick-up point,” yet I was never contacted, nor was the parcel delivered to me. As of today: No parcel No refund No response from support No accountability I will now be reporting this transaction to my bank and initiating a chargeback process. Buyers should be aware of the extremely poor after-sales support and lack of resolution when orders are delayed or missing.
