Love this company!

ManyChat has been a game changer for my agency AdSocial. It’s enabled us to deliver client campaigns that deliver an interactive ‘discovery’ experience, leverage free remarketing and uncluttered ad placements.

Customer service is shocking for a platform that offers this as a function. I've been super limited what I can do on the platform because I can't get the help I require. It can be up to a week that I hear back from someone assisting with an issue and there's no live support to troubleshoot issues on the spot. It's been a massive hindrance to how we use the platform. A real shame.

A veces no se envían los mensajes a las personas de manera automática. Los mensajes caen en las bandejas de ocultos por lo que no pueden verlos. Incluso a veces cayendo en las bandejas de DM normales, las personas no pueden ver los mensajes o los botones.

I don't use it as much as I should. Hope to change that over the next few months. But the premise is good. Although, I never know what the monthly charge is going to be, so that is the part that is a little confusing.

top tool of 2024! ManyChat is one of my favorite tools, allowing me to grow my email list and make more money online with ease! Their site is easy to use, there are plenty of tutorials, and their customer service has been great the couple of times I've asked questions.
