The Brasilian slate tiles I ordered were beyond expectation. The shipment from California to North Carolina arrived with not one tile chipped, cracked or broken. Also the owner took the time to double check the order and send me some photos to make sure they were the same I received in my samples I ordered earlier. The guaging was remarkable. And the cost was half what I would have paid if I bought locally. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous, thorough and efficient.

We found marble warehouse online and was able to select tile from their great pictures. We drove to the showroom/warehouse to see the tile in person and were not disappointed. Hamid, the owner, then kindly offered me his office so that I could take my time to do a detailed tile layout. We bought the product, received a discount without asking and drove everything home. The Brazilian tile is high quality and made a wonderful guest bathroom.
