Hit and miss. My first experience with this company was fine; items took a while to arrive but were just as expected and well packaged etc. My second experience was less successful. My iPhone did not recognise the MagSafe wallet and case so I attempted return as faulty goods, which was very difficult and required a lot of perseverance. The communication was polite but my refund was not immediately forthcoming (and I was not reimbursed for postage). I have finally managed to get a refund but for me personally I would be wary of using again. There are a number of positive reviews which suggests that my experience was uncommon but the inability to easily return faulty goods would make me more careful about checking returns procedures before buying.

The iPhone leather case itself is okay, but I was disappointed with how long the shipping took.

We ordered iPhone 14 Pro Max case - midnight black, but received dark blue. Then we got free replacement, but we had to wait another week for the delivery.

The case quality is great, just as I expected - but it did take two weeks to arrive.

The cases are nice, though I wish the shipping was a bit faster.
