the case of coffee last sent
the case of coffee last sent, Wolfgang Puck, had the old packaging. I received the newest packaging the previous order. I got complaints of stale tasting coffee. This tells me the case I recently received was on a shelf somewhere deep in the warehouse anxious to be moved. Not acceptable.

Sorry about the error with this order. We have updated warehouse process and inventory system to prevent these issues from happening in the future.

I originally had a few questions so I called Mayfair Hotel Supply directly and spoke to Lauren. She and Kimmy both got back to me in a timely manner after I placed my order. My item was delivered to the front door without damage and fairly quickly after order was placed. The item I ordered was much less expensive and in stock as compared to other companies I contacted. Thank you Mayfair Hotel Supply Co.
