My order is Still not here
My order is Still not here, but I placed it in July. I called to ask about it and was told I’d get a call back to let me know where my order is. That was 5 days ago. I know things are tough right now, but some communication would be nice.

Poor communication
I ordered a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash of the same brand. one was out of stock. so instead of contacting me (would have ordered something else so that they matched) they just didn't tell me and sent the two.

Never received the products
Never received the products. Company will not return my calls. Apparently a scam corporation. Will now try to get my American Express to get my money back.

I investigated your order. I noticed that 2 items on back order never were received at our warehouse because the manufacture has back ordered us twice. I have issued a refund for the items not received, Sorry about the lack of communication as we thought these item were due in multiple times.

Is horrible company to deal with.
I am sorry I hate to make people a bad review but unfortunately you guys deserve it the worst one. I have done order wrong bar soap,Im not able to return because they charge me stocks fee plus if I'm not wrong 25% percent plus they don't be responsible for the item you send back.ridiculous🤷‍♀️
