do not buy unless you have an installer who is 100% behind it
This was a $40K disaster and we ended up ripping the whole system out and replacing it. It all looked so good on paper, but was a hot mess for how it worked. Even things like the smart thermostats - the first time I finally managed to login I could see and control dozens of other people's thermostats and when I called to say WTF they said "oh that's the wrong URL, use this one". Uhhh, no thank you. The overall system just never worked. Part of the problem was because I basically had to find an installer who would do it because there were no official installers in our area and I don't think they were great or fully behind the product. But...overall my Apollo experience was the single biggest frustration and biggest mistake of the entire construction projects. I really really regret buying it.
