The Hoyer lift is wonderful

The service was impeccable. I ordered a sauna that was out of stock and they contacted me to ask if I wanted to wait a few weeks. They offered to send me options in stock with a similar price. I chose one. It was one week from order day to delivery! We assembled it and used it today. Excellent construction, with solid, well-made hardware. My husband and I were able to assemble it in under two hours. My only complaint was that the assembly guide was far too small and dark, and not labeled well. If the guide had been cleaner, the assembly would probably have been less than an hour. It is 110 so we were able to use a regular outlet on a dedicated circuit. I highly recommend Mediriser and the Sunray Sequoia 4 person cedar sauna!

I love the scooter I bought. With the heat, I haven’t been able to use as much as I’d like, but am looking forward to getting out more. There were some delivery issues, but no fault of Mediriser, it was with the shipping company. Mediriser issued me a discount due to the problems and stayed in contact with me until the scooter was delivered. Great customer service. Thank you Barb Richard

The owner of the company actually DOES CARE - he jumped right in when I was having some challenges with an order and literally bent over backwards to make it right. TO ME having a SOLID partnership with a supplier is more important than anything, even price and this company shows up with integrity. I highly recommend!
