Thank you for your help in the purchase of a walker for my husband. We received it the way we were told. Very pleased in the way everything turned out.

I did not receive all the parts for the bed. Missing a few.

It was easy to place my order. I like the fact that you will notify me when you ship my order and keep me informed where my item is after shipping.

received product promptly, was pleased. today fedex delivered a second product. we only ordered ONE. we refused the product and fedex took it away. we hope that we don't see charges for the 2nd one. G A C

The product I received was not the one ordered. It came with 2 broken parts & 1 missing part. We still have not received the plastic hand pieces to date. The product we got will work so we chose to not return it & took a credit for the difference . Not sure it has posted yet.

MedMart Your Customer Service Is Horrible I Suggest You Stop Sending These Bogus Review Question That Go Unanswered Just Like On My Phone In Inquiries On Problems I’m Having. Nobody Follows Up On Anything. This Is By Far The Worse Customer Service I’ve EVER Experienced!
