Love it, will wear nothing else

The product hose when we assembled it leaked water so contacted the support to have a replacement as there communication is they replace faulty parts within 24hoirs. I am now after several emails waiting for a reply to even acknowledge they will replace it. It has been 5 days and I am disappointed in the product and sales. I should have bought the other brand I was considering.

Do not purchase anything from this website. They are scammers from China. They lead people into believing that it’s a US based company and legitimate. Not! I personally didn’t know any better, I read the (what I know now to be fake) reviews. I made my purchase through PayPal. Once the payment went through I never received a confirmation number. Then a few days passed and didn’t receive any updates of the product. I emailed their “customer service support team “ and I received an email stating that the confirmation number was sent via email. Still nothing. Until I filed a complaint through PayPal asking for a refund. And within a week I received a full refund. confirmation

This is an update from my previous review and interactions with this co. I would first like to say, just be weary of buying outside of the original brand company!! I bought a Rodan and Fields product with mekocustom bc I believed their website and reviews. The "product" arrived fairly quickly, however, THE BOTTLES WERE EMPTY!! When i tried emailing/going to their website to contact someone, each link is a bunch of scrambled words. It wasnt until after I posted a horrible review, that I finally got an email back. I was given a refund fairly quickly (about a week) after back and forth confirmation emails. I'm sure there are people that had luck here, but just keep in mind you may get disappointed, but they will make it right.

Very good price on the cosmetics ordered for my wife. Delivered very quickly and I had a question about a possible error in the delivery address that was responded to very promptly. Overall a very positive experience.
