A great service. The online chat function works very well and the communication with the company is very clear and transparent. There is a lot of information to be found on the website, so no hidden costs or fees.

I use MiaDonna for all my wife's jewelry. I asked her what she would say about the company and her first word was "perfection". All pieces we have purchased have been excellent, nicely packaged and boxed, and we wouldn't use anyone else. If you're thinking of going somewhere else, don't. You will be happy you chose MiaDonna.

Website provides a great online shopping experience! I shopped on mobile and it was very smooth. The ring just came in today and it's beautiful and exactly what I expected based on the photos. The entire process was inredibly simple and I love that a portion of the price goes to their charity as well as the entire idea of lab diamonds as a more ethical choice. From purchase to in our hands, it was a little over 2 weeks. Only downside was the customs fees (over $300 Canadian) but obviously that isn't MiaDonna's issue. Overall, I would recommend for sure :)

Hello Nancy, we appreciate you taking the time to write such a wonderful review. It is also great to hear that you enjoyed your MiaDonna experience. We wish there was something we could do about custom fees but obviously they are not implemented by MiaDonna. Enjoy wearing your beautiful ring.
