The try-on box is such a great idea
The try-on box is such a great idea. It helped me determine what carat sized I wanted, too! The staff was attentive and prompt with my numerous questions!

awesome service
awesome service. i wanted to try on rings to see what shape i liked and this was an easy and stress free way to do it especially during covid!

Loved supporting the movement. Great customer support via email and online resources to do necessary research to find the perfect ring. The risk of buying online turned out to not be a concern at all!

So far, so good!
I haven't purchased a ring yet, but the trial box was fantastic and really easy to do. When they received the box back, a rep emailed me offering assistance with my purchase. If the rest of the process of buying a ring is anything like it has already been, then MiaDonna gets 5 stars.

Love my ring!
Love my ring!! Really appreciated how helpful and accommodating all the staff was. The virtual experience and try on program proved to be just as enjoyable as a physical one!

Everything was great just wish there…
Everything was great just wish there were different sizing of try on rings. You can’t quite get the full effect when the ring doesn’t fit. Otherwise, everything was good.
