the comparison page says nothing about the program not supporting HEIC files. the demo does. so i bought it. they wont give a refund either. saying i didnt read the chart when I did. you have to go into the help options in the program itself and scroll to see that HEIC is only supported with pro. ripoff. shoulda just dropped 40 on a better program UPDATE- July 5 2026: They saw my review and instead of simply issuing me a refund, they threatened to ban my account and bribe me with pro. After ten years of using their products and one recent misfire on ordering, no attempt was made to correct the situation. I ordered the standard version and wanted the professional. They told me since I checked the user agreement box they were not obligated to process any kind of return, exchange or upgrade. What was recommended to me, was to additionally purchase the professional edition. So I would be paying yet again and more for the “upgrade”.
