It seems like they are scammers. Order have not been shipped after 12 days. Telling different stories like "we'll shipp immediately", "forgot to shipp" and so on

I ordered a cardigan and never received it; it’s literally been months, I’m gutted they’ve stolen my money

Mini Berni are now ignoring my emails requesting a refund. I was told my order was left behind at the warehouse and they had contacted them to send it out. Shipping still hasn’t updated. I have escalated with PayPal. Please do not order from this company! Most of the good reviews seem fake. SCAM and FRAUDULENT! Update. They finally responded and agreed to refund full amount. I had to open a case with PayPal first. Thank god I used PayPal to pay in the first place.

Please do not buy from this company! Items are not the same as the picture, just printed rubbish versions of what you expect. Should have read the other reviews before I bought! Not appliqué like the pictures at all.

After seeing the 3D girls dresses advertised heavily, we decided to take a chance on Mini Berni. (Even though the dresses looked like they were AI generated.) I ordered two party dresses, a t-shirt, and two cotton appliqué dresses. It ships direct from China so it took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. I could track it via the Shop app once it was packaged. The cotton dresses and shirt were as expected, very cute and nice quality, and sizing was true. The party dresses are definitely not 3D, but are still very cute and unique just the same. The quality is about as good as you’d get from a normal box retailer. My daughter absolutely loves the dresses and she gets lots of compliments.

Order arrived in piecemeal and very slowly. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order a month after placing it. The shipping is free if your order is over $49, but the return shipping is not free and it's on you to find a way to ship it back. The return process is cumbersome and slow and seems to be aimed at making returns difficult. You have to email the customer service people and go back and forth on what items you want to return and why. They still have not given me a return address. Furthermore, the return policy says that you have to ask the customer service rep how much you'll receive as a refund. Wouldn't it be just what you paid for the item? Needless to say, a bad first experience, and I will not be using them again.

I give it 3 stars because honestly I thought it’s a scam and I would never get my marchandise that I bought, and yesterday I received the whole amount. I purchase over 200$ in the end of July, today it’s almost mid September but at least I got it . The quality is really great but it’s absolutely impossible to communicate with the company, I wrote them so many times regarding my order , the tracking number that was provided wasn’t sufficient….. I wouldn’t mind to wait for a shipment as long as they will respond to me …. So yes I got my goods and they are great , in the other hand I’m not sure if I will buy there again because it’s make me feel like walking on the eggshells because of unpredicted outcome.
